Dr. Bianca Toscano served six years in the United States Marine Corps as a linguist before earning a Bachelor of Science from the University of Maryland and a Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine from Bastyr University.
She has been in private practice since 2008 and has worked as a staff doctor at UC Irvine’s Susan Samueli Center for Integrative Medicine (SSCIM) and has served as the Director of Lifestyle Medicine at the Institute for Restorative Health in Davis, CA.
In 2015, Dr. Toscano launched a consulting company to support practices and organizations in the areas of functional and lifestyle medicine. Her consulting work includes the development of the Regenokine Lifestyle Medicine Program at LifeSpan Medicine in Santa Monica, CA, as well as leading multiple teams to develop and deliver functional medicine programs to sectors of the VA and DoD.
Dr. Toscano supports professional women to live brilliantly well—physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually through her private practice and also serves as the Associate Director for Partnerships at the Institute for Functional Medicine (IFM).
Dr. Toscano is a Certified Functional Medicine Practitioner (IFMCP), has completed the Duke Leadership Program in Whole Health and Well-Being, and serves on various academic and veteran health boards. She lives in Northern California and enjoys hiking, paddleboarding, training for races, gardening, cooking, and spending time with family and friends.
